The day started like any other for Nanako. She woke up early to get ready for work, while her husband complained of abdominal pain. She didn’t pay much attention to it, thinking it was just a minor discomfort. She had a busy schedule at work and didn’t have time to take him to the hospital.
As the day progressed, the pain got worse and Nanako realized she should have taken her husband to the hospital. She felt guilty for not doing so, and started to devote herself to taking care of him.
