Risa was devastated when she received the letter from her landlord. She had just moved into the apartment with her husband and her sister and had finally settled into their new life. She had always loved the location of the apartment, the view of the city and the proximity to her job. But now, she was being asked to leave the apartment because the landlord wanted to rent it to someone else.
Risa was not ready to move. She loved her apartment and did not want to leave. She had made friends in the neighborhood and was deeply rooted in the community. She was also not willing to give up the apartment just because the landlord wanted to rent it to someone else.
