It had been a year since my father passed away, and my mom had been feeling empty and alone. She had lost her love, her best friend, and the person who had always been there for her. She had been struggling to cope with the loss, and had turned to yoga as a way to find some peace and balance in her life.
One day, while she was doing yoga, she felt something stirring inside of her. It was a feeling that she had not experienced in a long time, and she did not know how to describe it. She grabbed hold of her yoga mat and began to move it in and out, in a way that she had not done in a long time.
