Yuko was devastated when she received the news about her son’s sexual assault. She couldn’t believe that her own son could do something like this. But as she listened to him explain his side of the story, she began to understand what had happened. Her son had been coerced into having sex by a group of older men, and he had done it just to please them and avoid further harm.
Feeling helpless and frustrated, Yuk didn’t know what to do. But then she remembered the phone call that had changed everything. It was from an old friend who had recently started working for a legal aid organization. The friend had heard about Yuk’s situation and wanted to offer his help.
