John was a man who had always lived a quiet life. He had married a gentle and quiet woman named Sana, and they had been living together in harmony for the past three years. John was a stay-at-home kind of guy, but he had recently decided to take up an English conversation class as a way to pass the time. He was initially not very enthusiastic about the idea, but as he started going to class, he found that he was actually enjoying himself.
One day, during class, John was shown a picture of a man named Roberto, who was a black teacher at the school. John was surprised by how much fun he was having during class, and how much he was learning. He was even a little jealous when he saw the picture of Roberto, who seemed to have a closer relationship with the other students than John did.
